Direction for use:
1. Turn on the whitening light and check it.
2. Rotate the back of the whitening pen and press the whitening gel into the brush head.
3. Apply the teeth whitening gel evenly to the upper and lower teeth. Apply a thickness of about 1 mm.
4. Insert the mouthwash tray, which will come into contact with the teeth, but avoid rubbing to ensure that the teeth are in contact with the teeth during the whitening process.
5. Insert the tray into the mouth for 7-10 minutes, then rinse with water.
Tips : use 7-14 days, 14 days is recommended for more obvious results
